Founder and Chairman of Association of Radiation Therapy Technologists of India,  started the association in 1996 with Moto to develop the academic activities and to create a platform to the Radiotherapy Technologists community and organised the first national conference at Hyderabad in 1997. Initiated the involvement of AERB/BARC for conduction of RTT short term courses to regularise RTT Professionals working in Radiation therapy departments. An External faculty of Indraprastha University, Delhi for the B.Sc RTT course Conducting by RGCI & RC, Delhi. Recipient of   Ms Gnilla C Bental Oration Award in the year 2011 for his dedicated services in Radiation Technology & Therapy. In the year 2014 Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family   Welfare appointed as a one of the Task Force Committee Member for constitution of Curriculum for the Radiotherapy Technologists in India and for the formation of Allied Health Sciences Professionals Council in India. was Invited to the ESTRO meets Asia-2018  at Singapore as Academic Faculty  to deliver an Invited Talk “ On for the Title Head & Neck Brachytherapy In Indian Scenario Role of Technologist”. Coordinator for BSc RT course Conducted by NIMS. Year 2023 he has been awarded “Visionary Leader”  at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital & Medical Research Institute (KDAH), Mumbai - for “Academic contribution” in the Radiation Therapists/Technologists Profession and Contribution towards constitution of Curriculum in the “Formation of Allied Health Sciences Professional Council in India. 

The Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) is a prominent medical institute and hospital in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It offers a wide range of medical services and educational programs, particularly known for its focus on patient care, clinical research, and medical education.

As an ARTTI member  attended 45 National International conferences of Radiation Therapy Technology, Medical Physics and Radiation Oncology. Presented Oral and Poster papers, Given  invited Lectures and Guest Lectures, attended as Teaching and Academic faculty in CME Programmes and Workshops. 

As the Organizing Chairman of ARTTICON 2025,  carry a significant responsibility in ensuring the success of this prestigious event. My role likely involves coordinating with various committees, overseeing logistics, managing communication with speakers and sponsors, and ensuring that the scientific and academic aspects of the conference meet high standards. 

Key areas of focus in: Structuring the scientific sessions, workshops, and panel discussions to ensure they are relevant, cutting-edge, and beneficial to attendees, Coordination with Speakers, Logistics and Venue Management, Collaborating with industry partners and securing sponsorships to support the event's financial and organisational needs, Ensuring that the conference is well-publicised within the relevant professional circles both nationally and internationally, Ensuring smooth registration processes, accommodations, and support for international and national attendees. 

It's a teamwork, each member of this team equally responsible for the success of the Conference.
